I am moving and a relocation company is taking care of the sale of my home. How does this work?

My wife is getting transfered and we haven't talked with the relocation company yet. We have our home on the market with a realtor now but the contract expires in a month. Will the relocation company give us our asking price or do we need to negotiate with them? The more information you can provide the better.
