Do Celin tablets have side effects?

I take 1 Celin tablet daily coz I had heard that it prevents colds, flu etc and that it can keep skin looking beautiful. But a friend just told me that long term consumption of Celine can lead to weak and brittle bones. Can somebody pls tell me what is the truth.
