Meal Planning For Weight Loss?

So I have food to eat. But idk how to distribute the food through my day. for breakfast i plan to have like a bowl of oatmeal, a piece of fruit, and protein shake. But having to eat every 3-4 hours, idk what to eat! Is there a structure my meals should have? :O
