Can I find out information on the person using yahoo email, posting porno on my forums?

the username is
bestonlinepharmasy2@yahoo.com

I've deleted this one, but he/she/it just comes back with another yahoo email address and stupid name. My only alternative is to ban all yahoo email from my forums. Please respond.
